Sanctuary set up:

​Attached are a couple photos of the set up showing the 3 front screens and the "presenter display" in the back. The stage area is approx 16' x 9', but in practice the speaker’s usable areas is probably more like 10' x 4’. We generally have a music stand with a light at the front, but can adjust to accommodate what you prefer. There is a TV on a stand up stage left (just over your left shoulder) which you can visually interact with if desired, the image is identical to the 2 larger front screens.

Projection Visuals:

We run ProPresenter and have a reliable remote control so you can advance your own slides, or our tech can advance them for you. There is a “Stage Display” TV on the back wall showing you the current and next slide. We generally prefer to accept presentations as 1920 x 1080 jpgs, but can also handle Propresenter or Keynote presentation files. We are NOT currently able to directly display Power Point files live, so those must be converted to jpgs ahead of time.  More info on how to export powerpoint presentations as image is available here.

We can also run video, the most reliable format is MP4 but others are possible.

​It would be great to have your presentation by Thursday if possible so it can be imported and tested out on our system while still having some time to revise anything if necessary. The simplest way to send your files is to upload using the button directly below.  ​Acceptable file formats are: JPG / JPEG, PNG, GIF, SVG, MP3, WAV, AIFF, M4A, FLAC, PDF, DOC/DOCX, RTF, TXT, PPT/PPTX, KEY, ODP, ZIP, and RAR.

Sound:

We have a wireless handheld or wireless headword mic available, whichever you prefer. Our sound techs will control when your microphone is unmuted (live/open/hot) or muted (dead/closed/cold) so we ask that you leave the transmitter pack (or microphone) on once the service has begun to prevent the possibility of having our mutes out of sync.

Please ask for Pastor Jerroll or Pastor Gary upon arrival. It would be great to have you arrive no later than 8:15 AM, if you have any other special needs (such as a display table, props to set up, etc) we may want to revise your arrival time to allow for that. Please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. Pastor Gary (when present) will likely be in a prayer meeting until about 8:20, Pastor Jerroll will be in worship team run-though until about 8:15.
We’ll get you mic’ed up (if using a headworn mic) and do a sound check somewhere between 8:20 and 8:30. You are also invited to join the team in the Green Room at 8:50 for final notes and prayer.

Hospitality

There is a very small Green Room off STAGE RIGHT of the stage with some comfortable seating, water and simple snacks. You are welcome to relax there if desired. The worship team also uses this room. There is coffee at the back of the sanctuary.
