Sanctuary set up:
Attached are a couple photos of the set up showing the 3 front screens and the "presenter display" in the back. The stage area is approx 16' x 9', but in practice the speaker’s usable area is probably more like 10' x 4’. We generally have a music stand with a light at the front, but can adjust to accommodate what you prefer. There is a TV on a stand at up stage left (just over your left shoulder) which you can visually interact with if desired, the image is identical to the 2 larger front screens.

Sound:
We have a wireless handheld or wireless headworn mic available, whichever you prefer. Our sound techs will control when your microphone is unmuted (live/open/hot) or muted (dead/closed/cold) so we ask that you leave the transmitter pack (or microphone) on once the service has begun to prevent the possibility of having our mutes out of sync.
If your presentation includes anything beyond a single-speaker format (e.g., multiple speakers, interviews, demonstrations, videos, music, etc.), please let us know by Thursday so we can work together to determine what, if any, additional sound considerations may be needed. We want to be sure everyone can hear and engage with your presentation effectively.

Projection Visuals:
We run ProPresenter and have a reliable remote control so you can advance your own slides, or our tech can advance them for you, just let us know which you prefer. There is a “Stage Display” TV on the back wall showing you the current and next slide. We generally prefer to accept presentations as 1920 x 1080 jpgs, but can also handle ProPresenter or Keynote presentation files. We are NOT currently able to directly display Power Point files live, so those must be converted to jpgs ahead of time. More info on how to export powerpoint presentations as image is available here. We can do the export for you but cannot guarantee the all fonts and layouts will be preserved exactly as you prepared them -- it might look a little different.
We can also run video, the most reliable format is MP4 but others are possible.

While we'll always do our best to accommodate late submissions, media received too late to test or troubleshoot may not be able to be used during the service.

If you are coming to bring the morning message: Pastor Gary typically provides a half-page sermon handout for the congregation with the main outline, fill-in-the-blanks, and space for notes. If you would like to use a handout, please email or upload your outline or info by Thursday. A sample is shown here, but you're welcome to use your own format—or no handout at all.

Help Us Introduce You to the Congregation
To help us give you a warm and appropriate introduction, please email a few basic details about yourself and your ministry that you'd be comfortable having us briefly share. This may include your ministry role, background, family, or other information you feel would help the congregation get to know you. We'll keep the introduction brief, leaving you the opportunity to share more about yourself during your message if you wish.

When You Arrive
Please ask for Pastor Jerroll or Pastor Gary upon arrival. It would be great to have you arrive no later than 8:15 AM, If you'll be setting up a display, using props, or have other special needs, we may coordinate an earlier arrival time. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. Pastor Gary (when present) will likely be in a prayer meeting until about 8:20, Pastor Jerroll will be in worship team run-though until about 8:15.
We’ll get you mic’ed up (if using a head-worn mic) and do a sound check somewhere between 8:20 and 8:30.
We will provide an order of service and personally walk through any transition details with you on the morning of your visit.
You are also invited to join the team in the Green Room at 8:50 for final notes and prayer.

Ministry Displays
We have a small 4’ x 2’ table with a black tablecloth in the back of the sanctuary that is generally available for ministry displays. Due to our limited space, it is positioned slightly off the main traffic flow but remains visible. Please let us know in advance if you would like to set up a display. For the smoothest start to the morning, it's best that your display be completely set up by about 8:15 a.m. We'll coordinate your arrival time accordingly.
Hospitality
There is a very small Green Room off STAGE RIGHT of the stage with some comfortable seating, water and simple snacks. You are welcome to relax there if desired. The worship team also uses this room. Coffee is available at the back of the sanctuary.
