Facilities Use Information

​We are glad to share our facility with others when possible and appropriate. Because our building is dedicated first and foremost to the worship and work of Jesus Christ, all events held at City on a Hill Church must align with our biblical values and respect the purposes for which this space exists.

    Terms of Use

    ​1. Eligibility & Approval
    - All events must align with the church’s Biblical values and are subject to approval by church staff.
    - Church functions take scheduling priority.
    - Non-affiliated events may require a designated church host.
    2. Use of Space & Equipment
    - Only spaces approved at the time of booking may be used.
    - AV equipment may only be used by approved church techs.
    - Unauthorized use of AV or other equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in liability for damages.
    3. Cleaning & Responsibility
    - The church custodian will handle standard cleaning.
    - Renter must clean up all food, decorations, and any unusual messes.
    - Any damages caused by the renter or guests will be the renter’s responsibility.
    - Decorations must be freestanding or affixed with non-damaging materials. No nails, staples, or adhesives.
    - All décor must be removed the same day unless other arrangements are made.
    4. Behavioral Expectations
    - No alcohol, smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed on the property.
    - All attendees must act respectfully and in accordance with the church’s mission.
